Dinesh has kept up with current trends and technology since qualifying. Even whilst working in the NHS, he introduced Digital Radiography and Intra-oral Cameras into his surgery in the 80’s - almost unheard of even in private practice at the time!

Dinesh joined the Reality USA in the 90’s - the foremost Aesthetic Dentist Organisation and attends their annual conferences to keep up with the latest technology and products.

To become a Full member of the BACD requires 75 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) on relevant postgraduate courses each year. Associate Members of the BACD do not need to complete this CPD. He is recognised as practising excellence in the field of Cosmetic Dentistry and the BACD often refers patients to him.

A multidisciplinary approach is used by St Pauls Dental Practice. To obtain the best result with minimal invasive surgery to teeth and gums, a combination of disciplines are required, i.e. orthodontics, gum surgery, implants, endodontics (root fillings) and of course veneers, crowns, onlays as well as restorative dentistry. Dinesh has postgraduate experience in all fields and uses lasers, magnification and specialist equipment for every discipline just as a specialist consultant would.

The only referral is to our in house Orthodontist who will often position crowded teeth into a normal arch before we provide veneers with minimal preparation. All too often we see teeth which were crowded, butchered down to small pegs in order to "straighten" them. This usually leads to tooth loss through abscesses and gum disease - we do not cut corners.

Education and hands on experience is important. However, nothing compensates for the inherent skill to execute all these with ultimate excellence.
